I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The rooms were well-equipped with bunk beds and a pull-out bed for my two boys, in excellent condition, and provided every comfort we needed. The service was top-notch, as the staff were always willing to assist us with any request and accommodated our every need. The location was convenient, nestled in the restaurant area just a short drive from the town center, perfect for exploring Ennis and the cliffs of Moher. The dining experience was included in our rate and offered fresh products. The facilities were great, offering everything we required. However, the late teens to early 20s staff members were not as attentive to customer service, but despite that, they managed to deliver excellent service due to being very busy.
